Outdoor exercise machine "Twister and pendulum"
The simulator is designed for both one user and two at the same time.
Twister: Take a standing position. Holding on to the handrail, make turning movements of the torso in different directions, while the torso remains motionless.
The rectus and oblique abdominal muscles develop, the back muscles receive a dosed load, and the waist muscles are toned.
Pendulum: Get on the pedal and hold on to the handrail.
Having fixed the upper part of the body, perform swinging movements in different directions.
The muscles of the thighs and abdominal muscles develop.
